A perfectly crisp, golden dosa made with a traditional rice–lentil batter and finished with pure ghee. Filled with our authentic, recipe-book-style potato masala and served with creamy peanut-coconut chutney and flavour-rich sambar.

• Masala: Potatoes, onions, green chilies, ginger, turmeric, mustard seeds, curry leaves, Subbu’s special spice mix

• Chutney: Peanuts, fresh coconut, garlic, tamarind, green chili, mustard seeds, curry leaves

• Sambar: Lentils, vegetables, tamarind, sambar powder, mustard seeds, curry leaves
